Hi, my name is Jonathan Pease
I’m a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director with ten years of experience. If you’ve made it here, that means you are interested in hiring me for a position. While a lot of what people see me do is branding and conceptual work, those who work with me know that I’m actually much more of a technical, organized, and realistic designer. Most of my current work I’ve shifted to technical documents, corporate presentations, and large marketing packages because it is the the “non-glamorous” work that most designers don’t want to take but that I desire to do with excellence and detail.
Lead Graphic Designer
Bethel Church, Redding, CA — 2018-2024
Art directed and designed for the church’s brand, large scale events and conferences, sub-brands, and campaigns.
Designed across print, apparel/merchandise, digital, large-format print, and motion.
Created new products and assets within the organization to elevate guest experience across campuses and events.
Worked on large-scale, high-responsibility projects for the organization’s leaders, some of which are extremely conceptual or extremely functional.
Led a team of designers and senior designers to accomplish the numerous design needs of the organization.
Junior Art Director & Senior Graphic Designer
Saddlback Church, Lake Forest, CA — 2014-2018
Stewarded the brand of a large organization across multiple platforms and at multiple locations in California and internationally.
Art directed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment on daily production needs.
Mentored and taught a team of designers and interns.
Worked on highly creative projects for the church’s needs, including large events, ministry branding, and campaigns/series.
Lead designer and art director for the 2017 rebrand of the church.
